Reorder Pages
π Reorder PDF Pages
Drag page thumbnails into the order you want, then save. Useful when pages were scanned out of order or a document just needs rearranging.
How to reorder
Once your PDF loads, every page shows as a draggable thumbnail in its original order. Press and drag any thumbnail to a new position in the grid β drop it where you want it to land. The page numbers shown are just labels from the original document; the final order is whatever sequence the thumbnails end up in when you click Save.
When this is useful
Scanned documents that came out of order, a presentation exported with slides in the wrong sequence, or simply wanting to move an appendix to the front are the common cases β anywhere the content is all correct but the sequence isn't.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does dragging save automatically?
No β dragging only rearranges the thumbnails on screen. Nothing is finalized until you click 'Save Reordered PDF', so you can experiment freely.
Can I undo a drag?
Just drag the thumbnail again to move it back β there's no separate undo button, but rearranging is unlimited before you save.
Does this change the content of any page?
No β pages themselves are untouched, only their order in the final document changes.
Is there a page count limit?
No limit is enforced; very large PDFs may take a few seconds longer to render thumbnails.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No β this runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to a server.
